June 30 to July 11, 2025
North Region Team Members – Welcome to Your New WellSpan Benefits!
We’re excited to announce that your mid-year Open Enrollment opportunity to choose your new benefits from WellSpan is coming soon! Our leading Total Rewards program is here to support you and your loved ones with a wide range of medical, dental, vision, and other essential coverages.
During this special mid-year Open Enrollment period, from June 30 to July 11, you will have the unique opportunity to tailor your benefits to fit your specific needs and ensure continued coverage for yourself and your dependents. Your current benefit programs will not roll over, so it’s crucial to make your selections during this window to avoid any gaps in coverage.
Please review the overview information listed below, then navigate through all the benefits options we provide on this site, by selecting the “Next” functionality in the lower-right to help determine your choices in advance of the mid-year Open Enrollment beginning for you on June 30.
Key Dates and Deadline
- Open Enrollment Period: June 30 to July 11, 2025
- Coverage Effective: July 1 to December 31, 2025
- Mandatory to Continue Coverage: Your current benefit programs will not roll over automatically with the exception of your employer paid benefits (Basic Life, Basic AD&D, LTD, and EAP). Not enrolling means you will not have other coverages for the rest of the calendar year.
Your New PPO and HDHP Plan Options

- High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP): This third option includes generous employer Health Savings Account (HSA) funding of $700 for individuals and $1,400 for families. (Pro rated for mid-year Open Enrollment.)
