What's New For 2024

With costs rising, WellSpan is working to have you covered. We have again absorbed the vast majority of these increases with only modest price changes in some benefits. At the same time, we have increased the level of financial contribution you receive from WellSpan in other benefits – and continue to roll out new and innovative programs to support you and your family’s ever-changing needs and preferences, including:
- Increased 2024 Wellness Matters Premium Incentive
- New Doula Benefit for 2024
- Increase in Employer Contribution to your HSA*
- Changes to WellSpan Plus Plan (PPO) deductibles and plan
- Transition of Massage Benefit in WellSpan Plus to a Discount Program for all team members
- New Caregiver Support Program through Wellthy (effective Sept. 11, 2023)
- New Financial Education Support through SmartPath (effective Summer 2023)
